The best way to get a Federal employee discount or coupon rebate is to ask for them. Whether you’re in the military, in federal service, in retirement, going back to school, or just trying to make ends meet – every penny counts. Yet when most people go shopping, they only look for things “on sale,” but some of the biggest discounts can be found by simply “asking” for them.
